Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail, 52 week Batterers Treatment Program classes, and 3 years probation. PEOPLE V. ELIZABETH MARTIN - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 664/10851(a), Attempted Automobile Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 4 months prison consecutive to the Tehama County 7 year 4 month prison sentence she is currently serving.

Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail, 52 weeks Batterers Treatment Program, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Roenspie and Lowery and Sergeant Johnson and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ayres.
PEOPLE V. ANNELISA GOMEZ- Defendant was found guilty by court trial of a felony violation of Penal Code section 664/4573.8, Attempted Smuggling Drugs to Prison. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from former Valley View Conservation Camp Correctional Officers Wheeler, Whitford, Gonzalez, Silva, and Sergeant Flowerdew.
PEOPLE V. BRIAN TINDALL - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 1320(b), Failure to Appear While Released on Own Recognizance and misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 10851(a), Automobile Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 76 days jail, 24 hours of community service, drug court, and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from CHP Officer Pozzi and Glenn County District Attorney's Office Chief Investigator Knight.

PEDRO CUIN - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats and 273.6, Violation of a Restraining Order and was found in violation of probation for the 6th time.
