PEOPLE V. CHRISTOPHER CROWNOVER - Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery and Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine and was found in violation of probation for the 7th and 8th time. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years jail and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Ortiz.  

PEOPLE V. STEVEN GARCIA HERNANDEZ JR.- Defendant was convicted of a felony violations of Penal Code section 273a(a),  Child Endangerment, 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon to wit a Baseball Bat, and misdemeanor violation of 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant. Defendant was sentenced to 364 days jail, 1 year residential rehabilitation, 52 week batterers treatment program and child endangerment classes, and 4 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Tuma, Alves, White, and Sergeant Holley. 

PEOPLE. EVERETT MAGHAN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 10851(a), Automobile Theft . Defendant was sentenced to 360 days jail, drug court, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies White and Goodwin and Sergeants White and Felton, Reno Police Department Officer Griebel, and Glenn County DA Chief Investigator Knight. 

 PEOPLE V. BREANNA CROSS- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 496d(a), Possession of a Stolen Truck and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Deputy Van Eck. 

PEOPLE V. JOSEPH WOODS- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 368(d), Elder Abuse. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, pay restitution of $1675, felony drug court, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Deputy Ayres.

PEOPLE V. ALLEN RUEDA - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 20002, Hit and Run Property Damage and admitted to 4 violations of misdemeanor of probation cases. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, 3 years probation, and probation was terminated in 2 cases. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from CHP Willows Officer Vasquez and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Turner. 

 PEOPLE V. CHRISTOPHER BRAUN - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of 368(b)(1), Elder Abuse Causing Injury and was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Perry. 

PEOPLE V. MARTHA CHAVERA- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 602.5, Aggravated Trespass and was found in violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 58 days jail and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Tuma. 

PEOPLE V. MARTHA CHAVERA- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 602.5, Aggravated Trespass and was found in violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 58 days jail and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Tuma.
