PEOPLE V. MANUEL WILLIAM MORA - Defendant was convicted felony violations of Penal Code sections 261.5, Statutory Rape of a Minor, 246.3, Negligent Discharge of a Firearm, and 1320.5, Failure to Appear in Court on a Felony Case.  Defendant was sentenced to 4 years 4 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Sgt. Johnson.

PEOPLE V. MARCELO VARGAS-AMBRIZ - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4573.6, Bringing a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine, to Jail with a Strike Prior. Defendant was sentenced to 4 years state prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from CHP Willows Officer Warner and Glenn County Sheriff's Officer Corporal Sullivan. 

PEOPLE V. LEONARD JOHN - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 243(d), Battery Causing Serious Bodily Injury.  Defendant was sentenced to 3 years state prison.  This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Tuma.

PEOPLE V. GABIEL LOPEZ BAEZA JR. - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4573.8, Bringing Drugs Into Jail. Defendant was sentenced to 16 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Reynolds and Corporal Berlier. 

PEOPLE V. ALTON DOUGLAS STEELE - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4573.8, Bringing Drugs Into Jail with a Strike Prior. Defendant was sentenced to 16 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Ramos and Sheldon. 

PEOPLE V. FABIAN CANO - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of 243(d), Battery with Serious Bodily Injury. Defendant was sentenced to 429 days jail and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Johnsen.

PEOPLE V. ALEJANDRO CISNEROS - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 29825(a), Receiving a Firearm while Prohibited by Restraining Order, 273.6, Violating a Restraining Order and 273.5, Inflicting Corporal Injury on Mother of Child.  Defendant was sentenced 180 days jail and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ramirez and CHP Willows Officer Pozzi.

PEOPLE V. ANDRES SIMON ORTEGA - Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 530.5, Identity Theft, 29800, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, 459, Second Degree Burglary and Vehicle Code section 10851, Automobile Theft.   Defendant was sentenced to 170 days jail, 3 years on formal probation with an addition 180 days jail stayed upon successful completion of probation, ordered to complete the drug court program and ordered to pay restitution to the victims in the amount of approximately $31,000 in restitution . This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detective  Lopeteguy and Deputies Huichapan and Lemmon.

PEOPLE V. NYCOLE NELSON - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459, First Degree Burglary and a misdemeanor violation of 273a(b),Child Endangerment .  Defendant was found in violation of probation and sentenced to 150 days jail . This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Van Eck.

PEOPLE V. LUIS ESTEBAN MERCADO - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety code section 11370.1, Possession of a Controlled Substance While Armed with a Loaded Firearm.  Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ayres.

PEOPLE V. ADRIAN CUEVAS PANIAGUA - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 530.5(a), Identity Theft and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time.  Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated . This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Van Eck.

PEOPLE V. MAXIM STALKER - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 11550(a), Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ayres.

PEOPLE V. RANDALL BLAND - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273d(a), Corporal Injury to Child and was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Pfyl.

PEOPLE V. JORGE CERVANTES - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273.6(a), Violation of a Restraining Order and was found in violation of misdemeanor probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Goodwin.

PEOPLE V. ROBERT MCDONALD - Defendant was previously convicted of a Vehicle Code section 10851(a), Automobile Theft and was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 46 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Moize.

PEOPLE V. MICHAEL ANTHONY DENIZ - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine. Defendant was sentenced to 30 days jail and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Deputy Lourenzo.

PEOPLE V. JOHAN GUTIERREZ -  Defendant was convicted of two felony violations of Vehicle Code section 20001(a), Hit and Run with Injury. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years probation and $59, 328.63 restitution. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from CHP Willows Officers Nibert, Gardner, and Roach and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Turner.
