PEOPLE V. DENNIS WILKINSON - Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code Sections 666.5(a), Automobile Theft with a Prior Auto Theft and 530.5(a), Identity Theft, and Health and Safety Code section 11379(a), Transportation for Sale of Methamphetamine. Defendant was sentenced to 4 years prison. PEOPLE V. COLTON SMITH-Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Vehicle Code section 10851(a), Automobile Theft (times 4 different felony thefts), 14601.1(a), Driving on a Suspended License (times 4 separate misdemeanor counts), felony violations of Penal Code sections 459, Second Degree Burglary, and 594(b), Vandalism over $400. Defendant was sentenced to 360 days jail with an additional 120 days suspended upon successful completion of probation, drug court, and 5 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Andrade and Lowery, and Sergeant Cessna, and CHP – Willows Officers Baxter, Murphy, Roach and Ollar.

PEOPLE V. JUSTIN VANDYKE - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code Section 11360, Transportation of Marijuana. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days in county jail. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ayers.

PEOPLE V. CHRISTIAN SULLENDER - Defendant was convicted of two felony violations of Penal Code Sections 594, Vandalism and 29800, Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Defendant was sentenced to 133 days jail with an additional 90 days suspended and 5 years of probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Lemmon, White and Tuma.

PEOPLE V. JOANA FERGUSON- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(a), Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with 2 Prior DUI Convictions from Colusa County. Defendant was sentenced to 360 days jail with all but 120 days suspended and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from CHP Willows Officers Vasquez, Martignoni, and Hoover.

PEOPLE V. THOMAS BLEVINS - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code Section 290.012(a), Failure to Register as a Sex Offender with a Prior Failure to Register. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 3 years of probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from current Chief Investigator and former Detective with Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detective Knight.

PEOPLE V. JASON DONALDSON- Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats, 273.5, Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant, and misdemeanor violation of 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery and was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 61 days jail with an additional 60 days suspended upon successful completion of probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Ortiz.

PEOPLE V. HUMBERTO REYE - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code Section 242/243(e)(1), Domestic Battery. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days in jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy White.

PEOPLE V. KIRK HUBBARD- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(b), Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol Over .08% BAC with 1 Prior DUI Conviction from Contra Costa County. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail with all but 30 days suspended and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from CHP Willows Officer Vasquez.

PEOPLE V. KEO THAKHAMPHOU- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(b), Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol Over .08% BAC with 1 Prior DUI Conviction from Tehama County. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail with all but 30 days suspended and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Sergeant Johnson and Officer Lowery.
