PEOPLE V. DAVID JOHN CARLILE -  Defendant was convicted of a Penal Code violation of 314.1, Indecent Exposure with a Prior Offense.  Defendant was sentenced to 32 months prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Alves.

PEOPLE V. FRED ANDREW SPRAGUE -  Defendant was convicted of a Penal Code violation of 290.013(b), Failure to Register as a Sex Offender Upon Moving. Defendant was sentenced to 16 months prison. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Flores. 

PEOPLE V. RUBEN WILLIAMS - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459, Second degree and was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days jail and PRCS was reinstated.  This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Perry.

PEOPLE V. JOSHUA WALORP- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code sections 1320(b), Failure to Appear on a Felony and misdemeanor 487(a), Grand Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and a consecutive 270 days suspended on 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart. 

PEOPLE V. DALE TAYLOR - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 30305, Felon in Possession of Ammunition was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) for the 5th time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and PRCS was reinstated.  This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Perry.
PEOPLE V. JOEL MADRIGAL CARDENAS - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon to wit a Car and was found in violation of misdemeanor court probation for a violation of Vehicle Code 23103(a), Reckless Driving. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Officer Deputy Tuma. 

PEOPLE V. STEWART ENCK - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 10851, Auto Theft and was found in violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Van Eck. 

PEOPLE V. COLTON SMITH- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 10851, Auto Theft and was found in violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Van Eck. 

PEOPLE V. DEBRA SHOEMAKER- Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery and was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann. 

PEOPLE V. PAMELA YVONE RAFOTH -  Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273.6(a), Violation of a Restraining Order. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Rasmussen.

PEOPLE V. RUTH WORD - Defendant was previously convicted of various misdemeanors and was found in violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Permann.

PEOPLE V. MATTHEW FLEMING - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 1320, Failure to Appear on a Felony and was found in violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Van Eck. 

PEOPLE V. COLLIN OUTLAND - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11350(a), Possession of Heroin. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and 1 year probationThis case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Lowery. 

 PEOPLE V. ODELL MCMORRIS JR. - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Carmon. 

PEOPLE V. BRYAN BOONE- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of 22210, Possession of a Billy Club and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Van Eck. 

PEOPLE V. RAFAEL MARRON-CENDEJAS- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(b), Driving Under the Influence Over .08% BAC With a Prior DUI and a violation of probation in another DUI case. Defendant was sentenced to 50 days jail and 3 years probation.  This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Sergeant Johnson.
