PEOPLE V. JUSTISE LYNN HOWELL - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 508, Embezzlement and was found in violation of probation for the 4th time. PEOPLE V. SUMMER BRANDY ARNOLD - Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273a(a), Child Endangerment and was found in violation of probation for the 7th time. PEOPLE V. KARLA ORTEGA PAHUA - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 21310, Possession of Dirk/Dagger and misdemeanor violations 1320(b), Failure to Appear and Vehicle Code section 31, False Information to a Peace Officer, and was found in violation of probation for a felony case. Defendant was sentenced to 210 days jail, drug court, and 2 years probation. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days stayed upon successful completion of 2 years of probation and drug court.
