 REQUESTS LETTERS OF INTEREST REGARDING OFFICE SPACE

 

The County of Glenn is seeking a long-term solution to housing the staff and services of the Glenn County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) in Willows, California.  This Request for Information (RFI) is to identify sources that can help provide information regarding long-term goals of the HHSA.  This project entails determining a location (site) for a 10,000 to 15,000 square foot new build or renovated professional building with adequate parking in Willows.  Larger sites may also be considered. The building must be ADA compliant. The preferred location site is the downtown area of Willows or in an area that is easily accessible and near services such as medical facilities, grocery stores and public transportation. 

The timeframe for development is between 2-7 years.  The County will review the RFI responses and may request further information. Information received in response to this RFI is intended to assist the County in understanding current commercial offerings and define the requirements for procurement. Vendors of interest are those who are in a position to contribute to the research or can identify potential solutions. 

Parties should send letters of interest, along with qualifications and suggested parcel information, or any other information that is relevant to the above. Letters must be received no later than 5:00 pm on October 15, 2018, to:

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - Comprehensive Update of the Glenn County Regional Transportation Plan

The Glenn County Transportation Commission (GCTC) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for preparation of a comprehensive update of the Regional Transportation Plan in accordance with the 2017 California Regional Transportation Plan Guidelines for Regional Transportation Agencies and the federal legislation Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century (MAP-21) and Fixing America’s Surface Transportation (FAST Act) along with the preparation of environmental documents for the plan pursuant to the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act.

SEALED PROPOSALS will be received at the above address until 4:00 p.m., Friday, September 14, 2018.  Proposals must be clearly marked “Regional Transportation Plan Update”.

All proposals and related documents shall be subject to funding agreements between GCTC and the California Department of Transportation. All offerors will be required to certify that they are not on the Comptroller General’s list of ineligible contractors.

Request for Proposals (RFP) -- Domestic Violence Bonus Funding Dos Rios Homeless Continuum of Care (CoC)

Dos Rios Continuum of Care (CoC) is eligible for a DV Bonus project. Per Section II.B.3  of the FY 2018 CoC Program NOFA, "Domestic Violence (DV) Bonus," the FY 2018 HUD Appropriations Act provides up to  $50 million for “rapid re-housing projects and supportive service projects providing coordinated entry and for eligible activities that the Secretary determines are critical in order to assist survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.” In the FY 2018 CoC Program Competition, CoC’s will be able to apply for a DV Bonus for PH-RRH projects, Joint TH and PH-RRH component projects, and SSO projects for coordinated entry (SSO-CE). A CoC may apply for up to 10 percent of its Preliminary Pro Rata Need (PPRN), or a minimum of $50,000, whichever is greater, or a maximum of $5 million, whichever is less, to create up to three DV Bonus projects." Since the Dos Rios CoC has a PPRN, we may apply for a DV bonus for a minimum amount of $50,000.

Directions are attached and a timeline is outlined.  Please submit the RFP application (pages 6-8) from the attached document via email to Bill or Danielle (emails identified below) by COB August 27, 2018 to initiate the process if you wish to respond to this RFP.  We are happy to assist through the process, please ask questions.  If we have more than one submission rating and ranking will be required and you may only receive a portion of the $50,000.  If no agencies show interest of responding to this opportunity Colusa-Glenn-Trinity Community Action Partnership as the lead agency intends to apply on behalf of the three county CoC.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Glenn County Public Works Agency is soliciting standard Proposals for RUNWAY 15-33 SEAL COAT PROJECT (PROJECT) at Haigh Field Airport. The work includes removal of existing pavement markings, crack sealing, application of seal coat, and the installation of new pavement markings.

Submissions in response to this Request for Proposal must be received by the Glenn County Public Works Agency no later than 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 11, 2018. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. Proposals then will be publicly opened and read out loud at 3:15 p.m.

Request for Proposal for Telepsychiatry Services

The County of Glenn is currently soliciting proposals for its Request for Proposal (RFP) process from interested parties who wish to be considered for selection to become a service provider for TELEPSYCHIATRIC SERVICES.  Selected service provider will be expected to perform 10 to 40 hours of telepsychiatry services per week.  This provider will be supporting the Health and Human Services Agency, through its Behavioral Health Department.

Remaining Environmental & Cultural Services for the County Road 200a Bridge Replacement Project

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Glenn County Public Works Agency is soliciting Technical Proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to perform environmental & cultural services for the County Road 200a Bridge Replacement Project. The services to be provided by the successful bidder may include, but not be limited to: performing required studies for NEPA and CEQA clearances, preparation of permitting packages, coordination with various state and federal agencies, and obtaining all necessary permits for construction. It is anticipated the following permits will be required: Section 404 Permit, Section 401 Water Quality Certification, and a Section 1600 Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement.

On page 13 of the RFP there is a copy of the proposed agreement marked as Attachment 1.  On page 22, paragraph #20, you will see that the Agreement contains a  Non-Exclusive Agreement clause. 

How many hours were utilized in 2017?

296 hours to date for Fiscal Year 17-18.

How many hours of PT services do you anticipate for the 2018-2019 year?

Please refer to Attachment 1 to the RFP, page 13 paragraph 1. Responsibilities of the Contractor.

How much money in 2017 was spent on PT services?

To date for FY 17-18 we have a pending payment total of $18,944.00.

What is the annual spend that is projected for the contract? How will it be divided per year?   

The total amount of this agreement shall not exceed $114,000 and the amount shall not exceed $38,000 per fiscal year.

a) Are you satisfied with your current provider of services?

Yes. However, she is not available to contract with us in the future.
