Additionally, aggregate providers must meet California’s Public Resources Code, Section 2717(b) commonly referred to as the AB 3098 List. Sections 10295.5 and 20676 of the Public Contract Code preclude mining operations that are not on the AB 3098 list from selling sand, gravel, aggregates, or other mined materials to state or local agencies.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Glenn County Public Works Agency is soliciting standard Proposals for RUNWAY 15-33 SEAL COAT PROJECT (PROJECT) at Haigh Field Airport. The work includes removal of existing pavement markings, crack sealing, application of seal coat, and the installation of new pavement markings.

Submissions in response to this Request for Proposal must be received by the Glenn County Public Works Agency no later than 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 11, 2018. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. Proposals then will be publicly opened and read out loud at 3:15 p.m.

Request for Proposal for Telepsychiatry Services

The County of Glenn is currently soliciting proposals for its Request for Proposal (RFP) process from interested parties who wish to be considered for selection to become a service provider for TELEPSYCHIATRIC SERVICES.  Selected service provider will be expected to perform 10 to 40 hours of telepsychiatry services per week.  This provider will be supporting the Health and Human Services Agency, through its Behavioral Health Department.

Remaining Environmental & Cultural Services for the County Road 200a Bridge Replacement Project

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Glenn County Public Works Agency is soliciting Technical Proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to perform environmental & cultural services for the County Road 200a Bridge Replacement Project. The services to be provided by the successful bidder may include, but not be limited to: performing required studies for NEPA and CEQA clearances, preparation of permitting packages, coordination with various state and federal agencies, and obtaining all necessary permits for construction. It is anticipated the following permits will be required: Section 404 Permit, Section 401 Water Quality Certification, and a Section 1600 Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement.

On behalf of the Glenn County Health and Human Services Agency, I would like to thank you for your participation in our Request for Proposal for California Children’s Services Authorized Physical Therapy Services. The responses to the Request for Proposal have been reviewed and have been decided as follows:

A contract will be awarded to Robin Black, PT, upon further negotiation and approval by the Glenn County Board of Supervisors.

On page 13 of the RFP there is a copy of the proposed agreement marked as Attachment 1.  On page 22, paragraph #20, you will see that the Agreement contains a  Non-Exclusive Agreement clause. 

How many hours were utilized in 2017?

296 hours to date for Fiscal Year 17-18.

How many hours of PT services do you anticipate for the 2018-2019 year?

Please refer to Attachment 1 to the RFP, page 13 paragraph 1. Responsibilities of the Contractor.

How much money in 2017 was spent on PT services?

To date for FY 17-18 we have a pending payment total of $18,944.00.

What is the annual spend that is projected for the contract? How will it be divided per year?   

The total amount of this agreement shall not exceed $114,000 and the amount shall not exceed $38,000 per fiscal year.

a) Are you satisfied with your current provider of services?

Yes. However, she is not available to contract with us in the future.

Services in Support of the Local Oral Health Plan and Tobacco Education Plan

The County of Glenn is accepting Request for Proposals (RFP) to those interested parties who wish to be considered for selection to provide services to Glenn County to support  its existing Local Oral Health Plan (LOHP) and Tobacco Education Plan (TEP).  The County is looking for highly qualified consultant(s) with experience in data collection, coordination, and analysis; program development and evaluation; and technical assistance. 

Interested consultants are invited to submit a Proposal to demonstrate their qualifications.  This is a multi-project RFP, with one project focusing on the Local Oral Health Plan and the other on the Tobacco Education Plan.  Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for one or both projects.  More information on the Scope of Work for each project is included in the link below. Butte City Flood Management Feasibility Study

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Glenn County Planning and Community Development Services Agency is soliciting Technical Proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to prepare a feasibility study to evaluate structural and nonstructural actions to reduce the flood risk for the Butte City area through the Small Communities Flood Risk Reduction Program (SCFRRP). The services to be provided by the successful consultant may include, but are not limited to: develop and negotiate a Scope of Work with the County and California Department of Water Resources and to prepare a Feasibility Study to identify potential improvements to reduce flood risk near the community of Butte City along the Sacramento River.

Glenn County Solid Waste Transfer Station Construction Project

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed standard Proposals for GLENN COUNTY TRANSFER STATION will be received at the Glenn County (COUNTY) office at 777 North Colusa Street, Willows, CA 95988 from BIDDERS, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 22, 2018 (OPENING DATE), at which time, or as soon thereafter as possible, the bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids shall be clearly labeled “SEALED BID Glenn County Transfer Station.” Bids are required for the entire work described herein. No electronic or faxed bids will be accepted.

The work includes constructing a new Solid Waste Transfer Station at the existing landfill site, relocation of an existing scale and booth, and related work.
