WILLOWS, CA.—On Monday, January 7, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. a Swearing Ceremony will be held for our newly elected Officials as well as our re-elected Officials. The ceremony is set to take place at the Superior Court of California, County of Glenn, 526 West Sycamore Street, Willows, CA. 95988. A reception is scheduled immediately following the ceremony at the same location.

 

Glenn County will welcome new District 2 Supervisor and retired Maintenance Supervisor, Paul Barr. Keith Corum will be entering for his 2nd term as District 4 Supervisor after winning his re-election, running unopposed. Returning as District Attorney will be Dwayne Stewart who also ran unopposed and has been Glenn County’s DA since 2015. Coming in as the new Assessor/Clerk-Recorder, Elections Official will be Sendy Perez, she will be leaving her position as Administrative Assistant to the Assessors Office, and ran unopposed in this election. Richard Warren will continue as Sheriff, a position he’s held since 2012, winning his re-election unopposed.
