At-home test kits will be available to pick-up Monday through Friday in Willows and Orland. Appointments are required for test kit pick-up; call the TCCAP COVID-19 Hotline at 1-855-268-2227 to schedule an appointment.
The Willows, Orland, and Hamilton public libraries are carrying COVID-19 test kits. For hours of business, please contact the libraries directly.
