The Disaster Healthcare Volunteers (DHV) of California is a statewide system to pre-identify and credential volunteer medical and health workers for deployment in disaster response and recovery activities.

To ensure the continued integrity of our healthcare system during times of disaster by pre-identifying, training, and organizing supplemental medical and health professionals as volunteers.
