Due to increasing costs for payment card transactions, the Planning & Community Development Services Agency is no longer able to bear the merchant transaction fees associated with the use of credit card or other payment cards for permit application fees. Going forward, these fees will be paid by the individual applicant.

Please note that a 2.89% merchant transaction fee will now be assessed with any payment card transactions.

Alternatively, payment can be made using the Automated Clearinghouse House network or ACH for a flat fee of $2.50. Payment with check is still accepted free of charge as well as payment with exact cash/change. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience.
