PEOPLE V. SEAN  ANTHONY PRIOR- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code Section 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Defendant was sentenced to 4 years in state prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Officers Mills, Carmon and Pinedo.

 PEOPLE V. BRANDON CHARLES KAEFER - Defendant was convicted of a felony violations of Penal Code sections 29800(a)(1), Felon in Possession of Firearm and 30305(a)(1), Felon in Possession of Ammunition. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years 8 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Lemmon, Goodwin, and Ayres, Detective Lopeteguy, and Sergeant Holley.    

PEOPLE V. HERLINDO DURAN PAREDES - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 118, Perjury with a Prior Strike. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years prison consecutive to his 3 year prison sentence he is currently serving and ordered to pay restitution of $29,349.74. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from CA Department of Insurance Investigator Lara. 

 PEOPLE V. SIERRA DAWN DAVIS WHITE - Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code sections 243(d), Battery Causing Seriously Bodily Injury and 148(a)(1), Resist Obstruct Delay Peace Officer and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 1 year jail and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Berglund. 

 PEOPLE V. DENNIS JAY LONDON SR.- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code Section 23152(b)/23550(a), Driving Under the Influence with 3 or more priors and admitted a violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 270 days jail and 3 years probation.  This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff Deputy Vargas.

 PEOPLE V. JUAN LUIS TORRES - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 1320(b), Failure to Appear on a Felony. Defendant was sentenced to 8 months prison to be served consecutive to his 1 year current mandatory supervision sentence. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann. 

 PEOPLE V. EDGAR ULLOA-JIMENEZ - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 2800.2(a), Evasion. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail to be served at a residential rehabilitation program, Drug Court, and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Roenspie and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Lourenzo. 

 PEOPLE V. DELFINO BASURTO DIAZ - Defendant was convicted of a felony violations of Penal Code sections 273.5, Domestic Violence Causing Injury and 1320.5, Failure to Appear in Court. Defendant was sentenced to 140 days jail with 90 additional days stayed, 52 weeks batterer's treatment classes, and 3 years probation as well as being ordered to complete the drug court program. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from GCSO Deputy Rasmussen. 

PEOPLE V. LEO PHILLIP JACOBSON -CARY- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 148(a)(1), Resist Obstruct Delay Peace Officer. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 1 year probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Martindale.

PEOPLE V. CLARK DANIEL SCHREIBER - Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code sections 273.5(a), Corporal Injury to Cohabitant and 273.6(a), Violation of a Criminal Protective Order and was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Pfyl. 

 PEOPLE V. JEFFREY BRANDON MCMAHON - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 368(b)(1), Elder Abuse and was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Ortiz. 

 PEOPLE V. CORY RAY INGLE- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code Section 10851, Auto Theft and 23152(b), Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. He was found in violation of his probation and sentenced to 90 days in jail. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Moize.

PEOPLE V. ROBERT WALTER TARESH - Defendant was previously convicted of Penal Code section 664/4573.8, Attempting to Bring Drugs into Jail.  Defendant was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 2nd time and was sentenced to 90 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Ortiz.

PEOPLE V. JACOB JOHN DEHERRERA- Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety Code Sections 11377, Possession of Methamphetamine and 11364(a), Possession of Meth Pipe. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in jail. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Fullmore and Lowery. 

 PEOPLE V. IGNACIO AGUILAR-MAGANA - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11351(a), Possession of Cocaine for Sale and was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Moize.
