PEOPLE V. VESSELS, JAMES - Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 530.5(c)(3), Identify Theft of More Than 10 persons with a Special Allegation Enhancement 12022.1(b)(1), Committing a Felony while Out on Bail, 1320(b), Failure to Appear for a Felony while on Own Recognizance, 4573.8, Possession of Alcohol in Jail, 594(a), Vandalism over $400, Health and Safety Code Section 11379(a), Possession of  Controlled Substance for Sale, and misdemeanor violations of 148(a), Resist Obstruct Delay a Peace Officer and 530.5(c)(1), Identity Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 8  years prison, $1,455.18 Restitution, and 4 years of this sentence to be served on Mandatory Supervision. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Ayres, Sanchez, Martinez, Corbin, Barnes, Lemmon, Lopeteguy, Tuma, Thompson, and Sergeant Gibbs; CHP Officers Williams and Cushman; Glenn County Probation Department Officers Van Eck, and Edwards; and Willows Police Department Sergeant McIntyre and Chief Dahl.

PEOPLE V. SCHULZ, NICHOLAS - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon, a Knife with a Strike Prior.  Defendant was sentenced to 6 years state prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from the Orland Police Department Officer Simpson.

PEOPLE V. HERNANDEZ, ANTONIO- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 594(a), Vandalism Over $400 and a Strike Prior. Defendant was sentenced to 32 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detective Blair. 

PEOPLE V. HAMMOND, ROBERT - Defendant was convicted of two felony violations of Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days jail, drug court, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Department Deputies Ayres and Turner.

PEOPLE V. SMITH, LOGAN - Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery and Vehicle Code section 23152(a), DUI. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 1st and 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 150 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy McIntyre and CHP Officer Vasquez.

PEOPLE V. WAGONER, DYLON - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 21310, Possession of a Concealed Dirk or Dagger. Defendant was also found in violation of parole for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, drug court, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from the Orland Police Department Officer Carmon and Sergeant Johnson. Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Thompson, and California Parole Agent Carroll. 

PEOPLE V. BETTS, JAMES - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 29800(a)(1), Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from the Orland Police Department Sergeant Johnson.

PEOPLE V. LEE, XIONG - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 236, False Imprisonment. Defendant was sentenced to 100 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Thompson. 

PEOPLE V. PHILLIPS, KATIE - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ramirez.

PEOPLE V. MORALES, GERARDO - Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code sections 273.6, Violation of a Restraining Order and 591.5, Interfering with a Communication Device. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Ramirez and Thompson. 

PEOPLE V. DAYBELL, BRANDI- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273a(a), Child Endangerment. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail, child endangerment classes, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from the Orland Police Department Sergeant Johnson.

PEOPLE V. JACOBO, ALBERTO - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5,  Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant and found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from the Orland Police Department Officer Mills. 

PEOPLE V. HARDY, JAMES - Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Vehicle Code section 10851(a), Auto Theft and Penal Code section 21810(a), Possession of and Illegal Weapon. Defendant was placed on Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS). Defendant was found in violation of PRCS for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 45 days jail PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from the Glenn County Probation Department Officer Edwards.
