PEOPLE V. MEDINA, MERANDA DAWN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11378, Possession of Drugs for Sales. Defendant was sentenced to a split sentence of 1 year state prison and 3 years of Mandatory Supervision. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Sheldon.

PEOPLE V. WALKER, STEVEN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code sections 452(c), Recklessly causing a fire. Defendant was sentenced to 16 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Thompson.

PEOPLE V. GRAY, JASON- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11379, Possession of Drugs for Sales and he admitted to a prison prior. Defendant was sentenced to a split sentence of 2 years state prison. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Sheldon and California Highway Patrol Officer Cushman.

PEOPLE V. ACEVEDO, STEVEN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code sections 4573(a), Bringing Drugs into Jail, the Defendant was previously convicted of the same crime and was found in violation of his probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years of probation and will serve 300 days in county jail. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Thompson and Probation Officer Permann.

PEOPLE V. BYERLY, LEVI- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code sections 273.5, Domestic Violence. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years of probation and will serve 180 days in county jail. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Sergeant Johnson.

PEOPLE V. WELKER, CHRISTINE- Defendant was previously convicted of a violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(a), Driving Under the Influence of alcohol. Defendant was found in violation of her probation and sentenced to 120 days jail and probation was terminated. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart.

PEOPLE V. VAUGN, DANIEL- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code Section 211 Robbery, and was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 92 days in county jail and probation was reinstated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Moize.

PEOPLE V. RUVALCABA, RAFAEL- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a) Infliction of Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant and 29900 Felon in Possession of a firearm. Defendant was found in violation of his Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) and sentenced to 90 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck.

PEOPLE V. RODRIGUEZ, JAMIE- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a) Infliction of Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant. Defendant was found in violation of his Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) and sentenced to 60 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck.
