PEOPLE V. CRUZ, RUBEN- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 5th time. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years state prison. PEOPLE V. ADARI, CLIMON- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4573.8, Possession of Alcohol while in Prison and admitted to a Strike prior. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years 8 months state prison. AYALA, MICHAEL- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 664/10851(a), Attempted Auto Theft, Penal Code section 148(a)(1), Resist Obstruct Delay a Peace Officer and a Strike Prior. Defendant was sentenced to 16 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Officer Deputies Corbin and Lemmon.

PARKER, BRIAN- Defendant was convicted of FIVE separate misdemeanor violations of Penal Code sections 245(a)(1), Assault on a Peace Officer with a Deadly Weapon on Deputies Barnes, Zarate, Alves and Sergeant Holley of the Glenn County Sheriff's Office and FOUR separate misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 69, Resist a Police Officer with Force or Violence, and FOUR separate misdemeanor violations of Penal Code Section 148(a)(1), Resist Obstruct Delay a Peace Officer. Defendant was sentenced to 290 days jail and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Barnes, Zarate, Alves, Draper, Lourenzo, Ramirez, Owens, and Sergeant Holley.
PEOPLE V. SANCHEZ, RAFAEL- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459, 2nd Degree Burglary. While on probation, Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of section 273.5, Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant in Butte County and sentenced to 3 years in state prison. Defendant has now been resentenced in Glenn County to an additional 8 months prison and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Perry.
PEOPLE V. SEGURA, JESUS- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(b), DUI with 2 Prior DUIs and found in probation for misdemeanor 2nd DUI probation. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days jail and placed on 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Lowery, Andrade, and Carmon.
PEOPLE V. BRYAN, JONATHAN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 236, False Imprisonment. Defendant was sentenced to 206 days jail and placed on 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff Deputy Zarate.

CHAVERA, MARTHA – Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code sections 537(a)(1), Defrauding an Innkeeper, 647(f), Public Intoxication, 273.6(a), Violation of a Restraining Order, Health and Safety code section 11364(a), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and was found in violation of misdemeanor probation for a prior conviction of Penal Code section 594(a), Vandalism. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and formal probation for 3 years. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Deputies Zarate, Turner, McIntyre, Lemmon, and Glenn County Probation Department Teague.
PEOPLE V. LEE, ADRIAN – Defendant was convicted of 2 misdemeanor violations of Vehicle Code section 14601.2(a), Driving on a Suspended Driver’s License for a DUI. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Sergeant Johnson and Officer Roenspie.

BRYANT, MICHAEL- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 10851, Auto Theft, was found in violation of probation for the 4th time, and was convicted of a new misdemeanor violation of Penal Code Section 647(h), Loitering. Defendant was sentenced to 72 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Officer Roenspie.
PEOPLE V. MORIAS, ERIKA- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 530.5(a), Identity Theft and was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time.
