PEOPLE v. HORSTMAN, ANDREW- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 666.5(a), Automobile Theft with a Prior Auto Theft and 667.5(b), Prior Prison Term. Defendant was sentenced to mandatory supervision term of 5 years with 2 years in local prison and 3 years suspended on mandatory supervision. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Alves and Sheldon.

PEOPLE v. MCCARDLE, WILLIAM- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 666.5(a), Automobile Theft with a Prior Auto Theft and 667.5(b), Prior Prison Term. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years prison. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Cessna.

PEOPLE v. NANCE, TRAVIS- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4573.6(a), Possession of Methamphetamine in Jail. Defendant was sentenced to mandatory supervision term of 3 years with 1 year in local prison and 2 years suspended on mandatory supervision. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy White, Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck, and CHP Officer Cushman. 

PEOPLE v. LIGHT, DANNY- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 2800.2(a), Evasion. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years state prison. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from California Highway Patrol Officers Ovard and Baxter.

PEOPLE v. SYNDERGAARD, BRETT-  Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 23153(a), DUI with Injury and he was found in violation of felony probation for previous conviction of 243.1, Battery on Custodial Officer. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 5th time. Defendant was sentenced to 444 days jail, 6 month residential rehabilitation program, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Sergeant Vlach and CHP Officers Bryant and Williams.

PEOPLE v. DEREUS, JOGCHEM- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of 626.9(b), Possession of a Firearm while on School Grounds. Defendant was sentences to 385 days jail, Drug Court, and 3 years probation. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Owens and Alves and Undersheriff James. 

PEOPLE v. LARABEE, JAMES- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code sections 11351, Possession of Heroin for Sales and 11379, Possession of Methamphetamine for Sales. Defendant was sentenced to 1 year prison consecutive to his Butte County sentence conviction also for drug sales and possession of a firearm by a felon. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Perry and Orland Police Department Officers Simpson and Carmon.

PEOPLE v. FARIAS, LUCINDA- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459, 2nd Degree Burglary and also convicted in Butte County of a felony violation of Penal Code section 529, False Impersonation. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to an additional 8 months prison consecutive to her Butte County sentence and probation was terminated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

PEOPLE v. TAYLOR, TOYIA - Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 273.5, Corporal Injury on Cohabitant and 594(a), Vandalism and found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 4th and 5th time.  Defendant was sentenced to 240 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Edwards. 

PEOPLE v. BEEGLE, JAMES- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats and Vehicle Code section 23152, DUI and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd and 3rd time.  Defendant was sentenced to 209 days jail and probation was reinstated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann. 

PEOPLE V. POINDEXTER, SEAN- Defendant  was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 148(a)(1), Resist, Obstruct, Delay a Peace Officer and was previously convicted of a felony conviction of Health and Safety code section 11378, Possession of Methamphetamine for Sale. Defendant was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and reinstated to Post Release Community Supervision. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Lourenzo and Orland Police Department Officer Lowery.

PEOPLE v. AUVIGNE, RAYMOND- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 10851(a), Vehicle Theft and was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 1st time.  Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck.

Defendant was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 140 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck.

PEOPLE v. CARTWRIGHT, JASON- Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Vehicle Code section 10851(a), Vehicle Theft, Penal Code sections 459, 1st Degree Burglary, 664/530.5, Attempted Identity Theft, and 496(a), Receiving Stolen Property. Defendant was found in violation of parole for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 135 days jail. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Parole Agent Carroll. 

PEOPLE v. CORTEZ, ARIK- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273a(a), Child Endangerment and was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Ortiz.

PEOPLE v. MORRISON, T.J. ROYCE-  Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 21310, Carrying a Dirk or Dagger and misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 490.2, Petty Theft from Tractor Supply. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 5th time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and probation was reinstated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

PEOPLE v. BILLINGSLEY, SUSAN- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(a), 3rd DUI. Defendant was sentenced to 360 days jails, with all but 120 days suspended and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from CHP Officer Williams. 

PEOPLE v. SPRINGER, JUSTIN- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459(a), Second Degree Burglary. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail and probation was reinstated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

PEOPLE v. BROWN, ZACHARY- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 594, Vandalism and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 73 days jail and probation was reinstated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

PEOPLE v. LUM, JASON- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 594, Vandalism and misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 2800.1, Evasion and was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 61 days jail and probation was reinstated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

PEOPLE v. SPANGLER, STACY- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 136.2(d)(3), Prohibited Person with a Criminal Protective Order in Possession of a Firearm. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Moize.

OCKERMAN, RYAN- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 4463(a)(1), Falsifying Registration and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

PEOPLE v. AGUAYO, BRIAN- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(a), 2nd DUI. Defendant was sentenced to 52 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy McIntyre.
