PEOPLE v. LARABEE, JAMES- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code sections 11351, Possession of Heroin for Sales and 11379, Possession of Methamphetamine for Sales. Defendant was sentenced to 1 year prison consecutive to his Butte County sentence conviction also for drug sales and possession of a firearm by a felon. FARIAS, LUCINDA- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459, 2nd Degree Burglary and also convicted in Butte County of a felony violation of Penal Code section 529, False Impersonation. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to an additional 8 months prison consecutive to her Butte County sentence and probation was terminated.
