PEOPLE v. TALMADGE, JOHN-  Defendant convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 2800.2, Evading a Peace Officer with a Prior Strike. Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon to wit, a Vehicle, Special Allegation 12022.7,  Causing Great Bodily Injury During the Commission of a Felony, and a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 2800.2, Evading a Peace Officer. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 9 years state prison. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann and DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Cessna and Simpson, Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Rasmussen, Ayres, Alves, and McIntyre, CHP Officer Bryant, and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.
 
PEOPLE V. THOMPSON, JULIA- Defendant was convicted of felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5, Inflict Corporal Injury on Father of Child. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years state prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Andrade.
 
PEOPLE V. MCGLOTHIN, JUSTIN- Defendant was convicted of felony violation of Penal Code section 626.9(b), Possession of Firearm in School Zone, and a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 148(a)(1), Resist Obstruct Delay Peace Officer. Defendant was sentenced to 1 year 98 days jail, drug court, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Owens, Undersheriff James, Deputies Alves, Zarate, and Ramirez.
 
PEOPLE V. GUTIERREZ, JOSE- Defendant was convicted of felony violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(b)/23550/23578, Driving Under the Influence of Over 0.08% BAC with 3 Prior DUI's. Defendant was sentenced to 363 days jail and 3 years of formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from CHP Officer Defrancesco and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Owens.
 
PEOPLE V. MARMOLEJO, JOSE- Defendant was previously convicted of felony violation of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats and was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time.  Defendant was sentenced to 221 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Moize.
 
PEOPLE V. HOOVER, CHERI- Defendant was convicted of felony violation of Penal Code section 243.1, Battery on a Custodial Officer. Defendant was sentenced to 132 days jail and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Department Office Deputies Snider, Bybee, and Sheldon.
 
PEOPLE V. FLORES, JULIO- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 14601.2(a), Driving on a Suspended License with a Prior and was found in violation of misdemeanor probation in 3 separate misdemeanor cases. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy McIntyre. 
 
PEOPLE V. LANDEROS, ANTHONY- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(b), Driving Under the Influence of over 0.8% Alcohol with 2 Prior DUI'sDefendant was sentenced to 360 days with all but 120 days jail and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from CHP Officer Ovard.
 

PEOPLE V. RUBIO, TABITHA - Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 243(e)(1),Domestic Battery and Health and Safety Code section 11550(a), Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance Violence Restraining Order and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd and 5th time.  Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and probation was terminated in both cases. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Office Ortiz.

 

PEOPLE V. LEON, ERIC - Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273.6, Violating a Domestic Violence Restraining Order and was found in violation of probation for the 4th time.  Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Office Ortiz.

 

PEOPLE V. WILSON, LESLIE- Defendant was convicted of felony violation of Penal Code section 594, Vandalism over $400Defendant was sentenced to 77 days jail and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Department Office Deputy Alves and Detective Blair and CHP Officer Benfer.

 

PEOPLE V. MORIAS, ERICKA - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 530.5(a), Identity Theft and was found in violation of probation for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 70 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

 

PEOPLE V. DOUGLAS, SALLY - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 485, Misappropriation of Lost Property and was found in violation of misdemeanor proabtion for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 66 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ayres.

 

PEOPLE V. SHANKS, STEPHEN- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code sections 236, False Imprisonment and 273.6, Violation of a Restraining Order and was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Office Ortiz.
