PEOPLE v. BAYLES, CASEY - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code sections 29800 and 30305, Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition and a Prison Prior. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years and 8 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from CHP – Willows Agent Cushman.

PEOPLE v. GASPAR, LUIS- Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 148(a)(1), Resisting, Obstructing or Delaying a Police Officer and Health and Safety Code section 11364(a), Possession of Paraphernalia, which triggered probation violations in cases where he had previously been convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 245(a)(4), Assault with Force Likely to Produce Great Bodily Injury and Penal Code section 29800, Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 4th and 5th time. Defendant was sentenced to 250 days jail, ordered to complete a 6 month residential rehabilitation program, and probation was extended to 5 years. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Perry and Glenn County Sheriff's OfficeDeputy Turner.

PEOPLE v. URRUTIA, MICHELE- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 148(a)(1), Resist Obstruct Delay Peace Officer. Defendant previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 647.6, Stalking. Defendant was found in violation of post release community supervision for the 5th time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ramirez.

PEOPLE v. SUMAHIT, RYAN- Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 21810, Possession of Metal Knuckles and a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code Section 23152, DUI. He was found in violation of probation for the 4th and 5th time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail, ordered to complete a 6 month rehabilitation program, and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Permann.

PEOPLE v. BAEZA, ANTHONY- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 530.5, Identity Theft and 273.6, Violation of Restraining Order. Defendant was sentenced to mandatory supervision term of 3 years of probation and sentenced to 150 days local prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Turner and Branson.

PEOPLE v. FALLON, DANIEL- Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 273.6(d), Violation of a Restraining Order Causing Injury and 245(a)(4), Assault Likely to Cause Great Bodily Injury. He was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 144 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Moize.

PEOPLE v. DAVIS. ERIC- Defendant plead to misdemeanor violations of Vehicle Code section 23152(a), DUI with 1 Prior and Penal Code section 273a(b), Child Endangerment. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail, child endangerment classes, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance with CHP Officer Ovard.

PEOPLE V. ARVIZU, ERNESTO JR.- Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant and was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Ortiz.
