DENIZ, CHRISTOPHER- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code sections 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery and previously convicted of 459, Second Degree Burglary, and Health and Safety code section 11550(a), Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Business and Professions Code section 4060, Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription. Defendant was found in violation for the 7th time and 3rd time on two prior misdemeanor cases. Defendant was sentenced to 664 days in jail and probation was terminated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's OfficeDeputy Thompson.

PEOPLE V. LAY, RONALD- Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code sections 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery and two counts of 273.6(a), Violation of a Restraining Order. Defendant was found found in violation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 270 days in jail and probation was reinstated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Office Deputy Ortiz.

PEOPLE V. GISLER, THOMAS- Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code sections 594, Vandalism and 273.6, Violation of a Restraining Order. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days in jail and 3 years probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Corbin and Detective Felton.

MALLORY, JACOB- Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Health Code sections 11359, 11360(a), 182(a)(1)/11360(a) all drug related charges and found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days in jail and probation was reinstated. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation's Office Deputy Van Eck.
