PEOPLE v. RODRIGUEZ, IVAN- Defendant plead to felony violation of Penal Code section 29800(a)(1), Felon in Possession of Firearm and Penal Code section 667.5(b), Prior Prison Term. Defendant was sentenced to 4 years state prison. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Turner and Goodwin and Sergeant Owens.

PEOPLE v. STEENFOTT, TODD- Defendant plead to felony violations of Welfare and Institutions Code section 10980(c)(2), Welfare Fraud and Penal Code section 1320(b), Failure to Appear on Own Recognizance. Defendant was sentenced to 384 days jail, restitution of $14,933, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Health and Human Services Agency Welfare Fraud Investigator McClain and Glenn County Sheriff's Department Custodian of Records Berlier. 

 PEOPLE v. SANCHEZ, ENRIQUE JR.- Defendant plead to a felony violation of Penal Code sections 594(b), Vandalism Over $400 and misdemeanor 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery and a violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 231 days jail, drug court, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Sheldon and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Moize.

 PEOPLE v. ASBURY, JEDEDIAH- Defendant plead to felony violation of Penal Code section 30305(a)(1), Felon in Possession of Ammunition and Penal Code section 487(d)(2), Grand Theft of a Firearm. Defendant was sentenced to 228 days jail, drug court, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Turner and Detective Felton.

PEOPLE v. RUVALCABA, VIRGINIA.- Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code sections 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery and 647(f), Public Intoxication and was found in violation of probation in 3 separate cases. Defendant was sentenced to 150 days jail and probation terminated on all 3 cases. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ramirez.
