PEOPLE V. PAILLON. BRANDON - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4532(b)(1), Escape from a Detention Facility. Defendant was sentenced to a consecutive 2 years state prison to the 3 year prison sentence he is currently serving also in Glenn County. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Sheldon.

PEOPLE V. DOTSON, AARON - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 45021, Possession of a Deadly Weapon in Prison.  Defendant was sentenced to 2 years prison. This case was prosecuted by Deputy Vacek with assistance from Valley View Prison Camp Officers Brackett, Flowerdew, Silva, and Verge. 

PEOPLE V. GARCIA, DUSTIN - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 69, Resist a Peace Officer with Force or Violence. Defendant was sentenced to a consecutive 8 months prison to the current sentence he is serving. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ayers.

PEOPLE V. BARRERA, GEORGIA- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code Section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail, 52 week Batterer's Treatment Program, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by Deputy Vacek with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Andrade.

PEOPLE V. STEELE, ALTON- Defendant was previously convicted by a jury of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459, First Degree Burglary. Defendant was found in violation of parole for the 8th time. Defendant was sentenced to 135 days jail and parole was reinstated. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Parole Agent Hefner. 

PEOPLE V. HANSON, JOHNATHAN - Defendant was convicted by a jury of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11364(a), Possession of a Drug Paraphernalia. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail and 3 years probation. The case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ayres.
