Defendant was sentenced to 3 year probation and pay restitution of $17,560 to the U.S. Forest Service. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Agent Lopeteguy and CAL Fish and Game Warden Imsdahl.
