PEOPLE V. ROBERT MCDONALD - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 236, False Imprisonment.  Defendant was sentenced to 364 days jail. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Officer Fullmore.

PEOPLE V. MARTIN FLORES-GONZALEZ - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats and misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(b), Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol over 0.08% BAC. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Goodwin and Sergeant Draper and CHP Willows Officer Benfer.  

PEOPLE V. ARMON SKIDMORE - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violations of Penal Code section 29800 and Vehicle Code section 4463 Possession of a firearm by a Felon and Falsifying Vehicle Registration and was found in violation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail.  This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from the Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

PEOPLE V. DAVID HERNANDEZ - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 4463(a)(1),  Passing Attempting to Pass False Registration and was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273.5, Corporal Injury on Spouse and found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Lemmon and Glenn County Probation Officer Ortiz.
