PEOPLE V. MICHAEL BRIAN SULLIVAN- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 273a(a), Child Endangerment of His 2 Week Old Baby Girl and 290(b), Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Defendant was sentenced to 4 years 8 months prison. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ayres. 

PEOPLE V. MARTHA CHAVERA- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 69, Resist a Police Officer with Force or Violence and misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety Code sections 11550(a), Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and 11364(a), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was found in violation of probation for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years prison with 1 year of that time on Mandatory Supervision and 90 days jail, with probation terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Moize.

 PEOPLE V. RAYMOND WALSTON III- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on Mother of Child. Defendant was sentenced to 365 days concurrent to his current 4 year prison sentence from Tehama County. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Turner. 

PEOPLE V. MARK DOUGLAS JOHANNINGSMEIER - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 23152/23550.5(a)(2) DUI with a Felony Prior.  Defendant was sentenced to 240 days jail and 3 years of probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Sgt. Johnson and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detective Johnsen.

PEOPLE V. SAMMY LEE KELLER II- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 1320.5, Failure to Appear on a Felony Charge While on a Bail Bond and misdemeanor violation of 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant. Defendant was sentenced to 178 days jail, 52 weeks Batterers Treatment Program, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Tuma and CHP Willows Officer Baxter.

PEOPLE V. MARK STEVEN KELLEY - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 496(a), Possession of Stolen Property Over $950. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detectives Johnsen and Barnes and Butte County Sheriff's Office Detective Parson. 

PEOPLE V. ALLEN JEFF LINDELL - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code Section 21310, Carrying a Concealed Dirk or Dagger.  Defendant was sentenced to 101 days jail and 2 years of probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Tuma and Ayers. 

PEOPLE V. BRIDGET SIMONE REED-NUTTER- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 530.5, Identity Theft and was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Pfyl.

PEOPLE V. JOSE AMBRIZ-APARICIO- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 14601.2(a), Driving on a Suspended Driver's License and found in violation of misdemeanor DUI Probation. Defendant was sentenced to 40 days jail and 1 year probation.  This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Chavez.

PEOPLE V. BAMBI RAMIREZ - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Welfare and Institutions Code 10980(g)(2), Welfare Fraud CalFresh. Defendant was sentenced to 1 year probation and paid back the full restitution of $2,653. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Health and Human Services Special Investigator McClain.
