PEOPLE V. HERLINDO DURAN PAREDES -  Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(f)(2), Corporal Injury to Mother of Child with Prior Domestic Violence Conviction.  Defendant was sentenced to 3 years state prison. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Fullmore.

PEOPLE V. CODY DANIEL GOESON - Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 311.11(c)(1), Possession of over 600 Images of Child Pornography, 288.2(a)(2), Distribute or Show Pornography to a Minor, and 311.2(c),  Distribution of Child Pornography.  Defendant was sentenced to 2 years 8 months state prison and Tier 3 lifetime 290 sex offender registration. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Sergeant Johnson and Officer Fullmore. 

PEOPLE V. KLEISER, KEVIN – Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violation of Penal Code Section 273.6(a), Violating a Domestic Violence Restraining Order.  Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time and was sentenced to 360 days jail or at a rehab. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from m Orland Police Officer Fullmore and Probation Officer Permann.

 PEOPLE V. CLARK SCHREIBER – Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on Cohabitant and 273.6(a), Violation of a Criminal Protective Order.  Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail, 52 weeks Batterer’s Treatment Program, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Deputies McIntyre and Lourenzo, Orland Police Department Officer Pinedo, DA Chief Investigator Knight, and Victim Witness Advocate White.

PEOPLE V. TRAMAINE EDWADS WILSON - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 236, False Imprisonment by Restraint.  Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detective Lopeteguy and Deputy Zarate.

PEOPLE V. MICHAEL SHAYNE MCDONALD-BLALOCK- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(4), Assault with Great Bodily Injury Likely. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Thompson. 

PEOPLE V. ANTHONY VILLARREAL-MAGANA - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(4), Assault with Great Bodily Injury Likely. Defendant was sentenced to 137 days jail and an additional 43 days stayed upon successful completion of 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Lemmon.

PEOPLE V. MARTIN MENDEZ CAMACHO- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 69, Resist a Peace Officer with Force or Violence. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, drug court, and 2 years probation.  This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Deputy Rasmussen.

PEOPLE V. CHANCE FINELY STOCKING- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon to wit a Truck and 23152(a), Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, ordered to pay $927.43 restitution and 3 years probation.  This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from CHP Willows Officer Cushman.
PEOPLE V. HAMMOND, MONICA – Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety Code Sections 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine and 11364(a), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Defendant was found in violation of Proposition 36 Drug Treatment terms for the 3rd time, she was terminated from the program and sentenced to 90 days jail. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Ayers and Probation Officer Edwards.

PEOPLE V. KRISHNAKANT RAMDAS - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 21810, Possession of Metal Knuckles and 211, Second Degree Robbery and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Moize.

PEOPLE V. JAMES SCOTT BEEGLE - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 602.5(a), Unauthorized Entry of a Dwelling. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Sergeant Johnson. 

PEOPLE V. IVONNE SAPIEN - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 10980(g)(2), Welfare Fraud. Defendant was sentenced to and did pay back the full restitution of $18,027, 24 hours of community service, and 1 year probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Health and Human Services Special Investigations Unit Investigator Bouldin. 

PEOPLE V. JOSE SAPIEN - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 10980(g)(2), Welfare Fraud. Defendant was sentenced to and did pay back the full restitution of $18,027, 24 hours of community service, and 1 year probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Health and Human Services Special Investigator Bouldin.
