PEOPLE V. RAYMOND EDDIE VALLES - Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 29800(a)(1), Felon in Possession of Firearm and Health and Safety Code section 11366, Maintaining a Place for Controlled Substances and was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years 8 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Moize. 

 PEOPLE V. NATHAN JOHN - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon, to wit a Glass Bottle. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years state prison. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Garcia. 

PEOPLE V. ADRIAN AUMONT LEE- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 487, Grand Theft and violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 16 months prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Sergeant Johnson and Officers Lowery and Roenspie. 

PEOPLE V.  VADIM SERGEYEVICH PETRIAKOV - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 496d(a), Possession of a Stolen Vehicle.  Defendant was sentenced to 125 days jail, drug court, and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Huichapan. 

PEOPLE V. LYLE LEROY CHEEVER II -  Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code sections 136.1, Intimidation of a Witness and 273.5(f)(2), Domestic Violence with a Prior and was found in violation of probation for the 1st time.  Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, drug court and probation was reinstated.  This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Pfyl.

PEOPLE V. STEVEN MITCHELL BUTLER -  Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code sections 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon,  misdemeanors 273.6, Violation of a Restraining Order, for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, drug court and probation was reinstated.  This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Pfyl.

PEOPLE V. LOLITA BURD -  Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violations of Vehicle Code section 23152(a), Driving Under the Influence with a Prior DUI. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail with an additional 180 days suspended upon successful completion of 3 years probation.  This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Martindale and Andrade.

PEOPLE V. JOSHUA MORRIS-  Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 29800, Felon in Possession of Firearm, 30305, Felon in Possession of Ammunition and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time.  Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Van Eck. 

PEOPLE V. STEPHEN JAMES GRANT -  Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 242, Battery.  The defendant will not practice medicine during the term of his 1 year probation.  This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Fullmore.

PEOPLE V. SARAH LYNN NUGENT -  Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 25850(a)/25850(c)(6), Possession of an Unregistered Firearm. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days stayed upon successful completion of 2 years probation.  This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from CHP Willows Officer Cushman and Willows Fire Department former Chief Peabody. 

PEOPLE V. JAMES LEE SMITH -  Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 25850(a)/25850(c)(6), Possession of an Unregistered Firearm. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days stayed upon successful completion of 2 years probation.  This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from CHP Willows Officer Cushman and Willows Fire Department former Chief Peabody.
