PEOPLE V. TORRES, JACOB- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code sections 211/212.5(a) Home Invasion Robbery and 459 First Degree Burglary. DOUGLAS, CALVIN - Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety Code Section 11377 Possession of Methamphetamine and Health and Safety Code Section 11364 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (twice). Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was terminated from the Proposition 36 treatment program and sentenced to 360 days in county jail. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

PEOPLE V. DELGADO PORTILLO, JESSE- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 148(a)(1), Resist Obstruct Delay Peace Officer. Defendant was previously convicted and sentenced to prison for felony violations Health and Safety Code section 11351, Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale and Penal Code section 1320.5, Failure to Appear. Defendant was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 210 days in county jail. The case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Alves and Thompson.

CASTANEDA-COCOLAN, GUILLERMO - Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety Code Section 11377 Possession of Methamphetamine and Health and Safety Code Section 11364 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 7th time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days county jail and ordered to resume and complete Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.
