PEOPLE V. WILLIAMS, RUBEN - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459, Second Degree Burglary and admitted to a misdemeanor probation case violation. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years state prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Rasmussen.

 

PEOPLE V. SHOCKLEY, JENNIFER- Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code sections 242, Battery and 273a(a), Child Endangerment and was found in violation of his probation for the 6th time. Defendant was sentenced to 364 days jail and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Ortiz.

 

PEOPLE V. MIRANDA, ALEX - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 33215, Possession of a Sawed Off Shotgun, misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 14601.3, Habitual Traffic Offender and admitted 4 different violations of misdemeanor probation. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days jail, drug court, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Ayres and Garcia and Orland Police Department Officer Andrade.

 

PEOPLE V. THAO, CINDY - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 23153(a), DUI Causing Injury. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from CHP Officer Kerr.

 

PEOPLE V. ACEVEDO, STEVEN- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code sections 4573(a), Bringing Drugs into Jail, the Defendant was previously convicted of the same crime and was found in violation of his probation. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Permann.

 

PEOPLE V. HANSON, JONATHAN - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats and admitted to his 1st parole violation. Defendant was sentenced to 135 days jail and reinstated on parole. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Parole Agent White.

RUVALCABA, RAFAEL- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a) Infliction of Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant and 29900 Felon in Possession of a firearm. Defendant was found in violation of his Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) for the 2nd time and sentenced to 120 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck.

 

PEOPLE V. BUTTERFIELD, HANK- Defendant was previously convicted of a a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(4), Assault with Great Bodily Injury Likely. Defendant was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 6th time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck.

 

PEOPLE v. DOLL, OWEN - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 21810, Possession of Metal Knuckles and 1320(b), Failure to Appear on a Felony Case while on Own Recognizance. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, drug court, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Sheldon and Branson and Orland Police Department Officer Simpson.

BEEGLE, JAMES - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats and misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152, DUI and was found in violation of probation for the 4th time.  Defendant was sentenced to 116 days jail and probation was reinstated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

 

PEOPLE V. BYERLY, LEVI - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time.  Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail and probation was reinstated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann and Orland Police Department Officer Andrade.

 

PEOPLE V. LESTE, MARY- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine and was found in violation of probation on 3 separate cases. Defendant was sentenced to 64 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Permann.

 

PEOPLE V. BARRERA, RODOLFO - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(b), DUI with a prior DUI and 23572(a), DUI with a Passenger Under the Age of 14. Defendant was sentenced to 150 days with all but 30 days jail suspended and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from CHP Officer Bryant.
