PEOPLE V. ACEVEDO, STEVEN- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4573, Bringing Drugs Into Jail and was found in violation of probation for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to a mandatory supervision term of 5 years with 2 years in local prison and 3 years suspended on mandatory supervision. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

PEOPLE V. CISNEROS, FRED- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 368(b)(1), Dependent Abuse. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years and 360 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Retired Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detective Blair. 

PEOPLE V. MCDANIEL, JACOB- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 666.5, Auto Theft with Priors. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ayres.

PEOPLE V. MENDEZ, SHANE- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 136.1(c)(1), Prevent Dissuade Threaten a Witness. Defendant was found in violation of parole for the 12th time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and Parole was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Parole Agent Lovett.

PEOPLE V. SCRITCHFIELD, KAELENE- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(f)(2), Corporal Injury with a Prior Domestic Violence. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, 52 week Batterers Treatment classes, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Branson.

PEOPLE V. BARONI, WENDY- Defendant was previously convicted of various misdemeanors.  Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Probation Officer Teague and Glenn County Sheriff's Deputy Lourenzo.
