PEOPLE V. CHESNEY, JONATHAN - Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 211, Second Degree Robbery of Liberty Gas Station and 211, Second Degree Robbery of AM/PM in two separate robberies committed in Orland on April 11, 2019 and May 2, 2019.  Defendant was sentenced to 4 years state prison and ordered to pay restitution of $956. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from the Orland Police Department Officers Roenspie and Mills. 

PEOPLE V. GREEN, STEPHEN KRAIG - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4573.6(a), Bringing Methamphetamine into the Glenn County Jail and was found in violation of probation on 3 separate misdemeanor cases for violation of Penal Code section 148(a)(1), Resist Obstruct Delay a Peace Officer, and Health and Safety Code sections 11377(a), Possession of Meth and 11364(a), Possession of Drug Paraphenalia. Defendant was sentenced to 4 years prison. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies McIntyre, Garcia, and Ayres.

PEOPLE V. BROWN, ZACHARY RYAN- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 594(b)(1), Vandalism and was found in violation of probation for the 5th time. Defendant was sentenced to 4 years prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Officer Deputy McIntyre and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

PEOPLE V. DOUGLAS, CALVIN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4573.8, Bringing Alcohol into the Jail and was found in violation of probation on two separate misdemeanor cases. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years 297 days prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Sheldon and Reynolds. 

PEOPLE V. BEEGLE, JAMES - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats and misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152, DUI and was found in violation of probation for the 5th & 6th time.  Defendant was sentenced to 2 years 8 months prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.  

PEOPLE V. ADALBERTO, ANGEL- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Domestic Violence Causing Corporal Injury.  Defendant was sentenced in to 180 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Department Deputy Ramirez.

PEOPLE V. GIL, ILIANA - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4573, Smuggle Drugs into Prison. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Valley View Conservation Camp Officers Wheeler, Davis, Loftin, and Whitford

PEOPLE V. CARLILE, DAVID JOHN - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 314.1, Indecent Exposure. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Garcia. 

PEOPLE V. MCCLOUD, GREG - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 290.018(a), Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and was found in violation of parole for the 20th time. Defendant was sentenced to 135 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from California Parole Agent Jenkins.

PEOPLE v. AUVIGNE, RAYMOND- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 10851(a), Vehicle Theft and was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 3rd time.  Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck.

PEOPLE V. AGUAYO, BRIAN - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code sections 69, Resist and Officer with Force or Violence and 148(a)(1), Resist Obstruct Delay a Peace Officer. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Vacek with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Goodwin and Zarate.

PEOPLE V. BUSH, JONATHAN - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11364(a), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and in violation of probation on 3 separate drug cases. Defendant was sentenced to 100 days jail and probation was terminated in 2 probation cases. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Zarate and Goodwin.

WOLFE, RONALD - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 290.012(a), Failure to Register as a Sex Offender Annually. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Lemmon.

PEOPLE V. ARMENTA, ELIZABETH - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 182/530.5(a), Conspiracy to Commit Identity Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail, drug court, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from the Orland Police Department Officers Andrade and Mills.

PEOPLE v. HERNANDEZ, CONSUELO- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 23550/ 23152(a), DUI with 3 Prior DUI Convictions, and was found in violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 88 days in jail and probation was reinstated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from the Orland Police Department Officer Roenspie

SHOOP, LUCAS - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 10851(a), Vehicle Theft and Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery and found in violation of probation for the 3rd and 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 80 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Permann

PEOPLE V. SURAK, DAVID - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 4463(a)(2), False License Plate, Health and Safety Code sections 11350(a), Possession of Heroin, and 11364(a), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Turner.

PEOPLE V. MCDANIEL, GLENDA - Defendant was convicted of two misdemeanor violations of Vehicle Code section 14601.2(a), Driving with a Suspended License. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and 3 years probation. GOMEZ, DANIEL MONTALVO- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 1320.5, Failure to Appear while on Bail and was found in violation of probation for the 6th time. Defendant was sentenced to 30 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.
