PEOPLE V. AULT, SARA ANN - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 496d(a), Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years prison and is to serve 1 year local prison and 2 years on Mandatory Supervision. PEOPLE V. MARMOLEJO, JOSE - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 422(a), Criminal Threats. He was previously convicted of a felony 422(a) and found in violation of probation for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 32 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Lemmon and Glenn County Probation Office Deputy Probation Officer Moize

PEOPLE V. GOMEZ, LISSETTE- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 243.1, Battery on a Custodial Officer and admitted to a Strike Prior. Defendant was sentenced to 32 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Melgarejo.  

PEOPLE V. BORJON, JOSE - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4573.6, Possession of Methamphetamine in Prison. Defendant was sentenced to 16 months state prison consecutive to his current 4 year prison sentence from Los Angeles County. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from the Valley View Prison Camp Correctional Deputies Loftin, Gonzalez, and Whitford.  

PEOPLE V. CASTANEDA, JOSEPH - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4502(a), Possession of Sharp Instrument in Jail. Defendant was sentenced to 1 year prison consecutive to his current prison sentence from Glenn County. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Correctional Deputy White and Sergeant Corbin. 

PEOPLE V. ORDAZ, ANTONIO- Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery and was found in violation of probation for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 364 days jail and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Ortiz. 

PEOPLE V. HERNANDEZ, STEVEN - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 69, Resist Obstruct Delay a Peace Officer with Force or Violence and was found in violation of parole for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and parole was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Parole Agent Nuno.

PEOPLE V. MUNGIA-ZEJADA, ARTEMIO- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 1320, Failure to Appear on a Felony and Health and Safety Code section 11366.5, Maintaining a Place to Sell Controlled Substances. Defendant was sentenced to 150 days jail, Drug Court, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Stewart with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Thompson and McIntyre and CHP Willows Cushman

PEOPLE V. WORD, RUTH- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 242, Battery. Defendant was sentenced to 151 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Draper. 

PEOPLE V. CROSS, BREANNA - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 496d(a), Receiving a Stolen Vehicle and Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine and found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail probation is reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from the Glenn County Probation Office Deputy Probation Officer Permann.  

PEOPLE V. WOMACK, DENNIS- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 666.5, Vehicle Theft with a Prior and 1320, Failure to Appear on a Felony and was found in violation of mandatory supervision for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from the Glenn County Probation Office Deputy Probation Officer Van Eck.

GUITIEREZ, RAMIRO LOZANO- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 69, Resist a Police Officer by Force or Violence and 1320, Failure to Appear on a Felony and was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from the Glenn County Probation Office Deputy Probation Officer Permann.
