PEOPLE V. MCCLELLAN, MICHAEL  - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11361(b), Furnishing Minor with Marijuana and misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273a(b), Child Endangerment, 272(a)(1), Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, and Vehicle Code section 14601.1(a), Driving without a License. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 5th time. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years prison and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from the Glenn County Probation Department Officer Ortiz.

HESS, DAVID  - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11351, Possession of Hydrocodone for Sale and was found in violation of probation for the 5th time. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years prison and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from the Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann.

 

PEOPLE V. FORD, ETHAN XAVIER - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 10851(a), Automobile Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from the Orland Police Department Officers Fullmore and Mills.

 

PEOPLE V. ALVAREZ CARRILLO, AMADO - Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code sections 594, Vandalism and 415, Challenge to Fight and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from the Glenn County Probation Office Deputy Probation Officer Ortiz.

 

PEOPLE V. RIOS, CHANTEL - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 530.5, Identity Theft and misdemeanor Vehicle Code section 23152(a), DUI. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail, drug court, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from the Orland Police Department Officer Roenspie.

 

PEOPLE V. PEREZ-SANCHEZ, JUAN CARLOS - Defendant was convicted of felony violation of Penal Code sections 243(d), Battery with Serious Bodily Injury. Defendant was sentenced to 150 days jail with 30 days suspended upon successful completion of probation with 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy McIntyre.

 

PEOPLE V. COATS, NOAH - Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 243(d), Battery with Serious Bodily Injury and 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon and was found in violation of parole for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 135 days jail. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Parole Agent Hefner.

 

PEOPLE V. CRUZ, VIVIAN - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(4), Assault with Great Bodily Injury Likely. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail with 30 days suspended upon successful completion of probation and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from former Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Orozco.

 

PEOPLE V. KELLY, MARGARET - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459, First Degree Burglary. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Vacek with assistance from former Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Thompson.

 

PEOPLE V. MICHAUD, BRADLEY - Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 136.1(b)(2), Attempt to Dissuade a Witness from Prosecution, and Health and Safety Code Sections 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine and 11364(a), Possession of a Drug Paraphernalia. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from the Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detective Knight, who is now the Chief Investigator for the Glenn County D.A.'s Office.
