PEOPLE V. SMITH, CHARLES- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 10851, Automobile Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 16 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office former Deputy Branson and Deputies Thompson and Ayres.

PEOPLE V. PIERCE, BENJAMIN- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 496d(a), Possession of a Stolen Automobile and 4573.8, Possession of Methamphetamine in Jail. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years state prison concurrent to 13 years 4 months state prison sentence in Tehama County. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Goodwin.

PEOPLE V. DAVIS, ZACHARY- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on a Dating Cohabitant. Defendant was sentenced to 124 days jail, with all but 48 days stayed upon successful completion of 3 years of probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies McIntyre and Ayres and Sergeant Owens.

PEOPLE V. FRATUS, JOSEPH- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11351, Possession of Cocaine for Sale. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail, with all but 26 days stayed upon successful completion of 3 years of probation and drug court. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from CHP – Willows Officers Bryant and Defrancesco.

PEOPLE V. CARLILE, DAVID- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459, First Degree Burglary and found in violation of parole for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Parole Agent Huff.
