PEOPLE V. BRIAN MICHAUD - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 288a(c)(1), Oral Copulation of a Child Under 10 Years Old. Defendant was sentenced to 6 years state prison. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office former Detective Knight (now Glenn County DA Chief Investigator) and Deputy Alves. 

PEOPLE V. ALEX MIRANDA- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 29800(a)(1), Felon in Possession of a Firearm and was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 33215, Possession of a Short Barreled Shotgun and 3 additional misdemeanor cases for which he was found in violation of probation. Defendant want sentenced to 2 years state prison and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Huichapan. 

PEOPLE V. JOHN WILLIAM PAYNE - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 470(d)/473(d), Pass Utter a Fictitious Check Over $950, and misdemeanors Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery on Mother of Child, and Penal Code section 594, Vandalism Under $400.  Defendant was sentenced to 240 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Cordova, Lemmon, McIntyre, Thompson, Ayres, and Ramirez and Health and Human Services Agency Supervising Investigator Peters and Investigator McClain. 

PEOPLE V. JOSHUA PENCE - Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 653m, Annoying Harassing Phone Calls/Texts and felony Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury in Dating Relationship and was found in violation of probation for the 1st and 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Ortiz. 

 PEOPLE V. CODY KING- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(b), Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant and 29800(a)(1), Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 1st and 2nd time and was sentenced to 90 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from CHP Willows Officer Taylor and Glenn County Probation Department Officers Ortiz and Moize.
