PEOPLE V. MICHAEL JAMES PHILLIPS-Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years prison. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detective Johnsen.

CHRISTOPHER DUNHAM - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459, Second Degree Burglary and misdemeanor 273.6(a), Violation of a Restraining Order and was found in violation of probation for the 9th and 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years 180 days prison and probation was terminated.  This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Van Eck.

 

PEOPLE V. STEPHEN BAKERRUBIO - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 20001(a), Hit and Run Causing Injury.  Defendant was sentenced to 364 days jail, drug rehabilitation program, and 2 years probation.  This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Turner and CHP Willows Officer Cushman.

 

PEOPLE V. JAMES PHILIP THOMAS- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine and admitted to a felony violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 284 days jail, drug court, and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Moize.

 

PEOPLE V. ALDOLFO GARRIDO- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 261.5(c), Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a Minor. Defendant was sentenced to 252 days jail and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Chavez and McIntyre.

 

PEOPLE V. CHRISTIAN THOMAS SANDOVAL-PEREZ - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 261.5(c), Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a Minor. Defendant was sentenced to 8 months prison consecutive to his 3 year prison sentence from Tehama County. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Zarate and Alves.

 

PEOPLE V. CRYSTAL ROTHGERY - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 4463(a)(1), False Evidence of Registration and found in violation of probation on three separate cases. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days jail and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Lowery and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck.

 

PEOPLE V. SEAN CARTWRIGHT POINDEXTER- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 30305(a)(1), Possession of Ammunition and found in violation of misdemeanor probation. Defendant was sentenced to 144 days jail and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Carmon.

 

PEOPLE V. CHERI MARIE HOOVER- Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 243.1, Battery on a Custodial Officer and was found in violation of probation for the 1st time.  Defendant was convicted of 120 days jail and probation was reinstated.  This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Moize.

PEOPLE V. KHAMCHANH SAYYAPHOM - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine and 11364(a), Possession of Meth Pipe. Defendant was convicted of 90 days jail. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Huichapan.

 

PEOPLE V. ANDREW JACOB BURROWS - >Defendant was found in violation of his Post Release Community Supervision for the 1st time.> Defendant was sentenced to 30 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Perry.

JOSHUA PENCE- Defendant was previously convicted of Penal Code section 653m, Annoying Harassing Phone Calls/Texts and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 30 days jail and probation was reinstated.
