Defendant was sentenced to 2 years prison. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from CHP - Willows Officer Price.

 

PEOPLE V. ANGEL BUSH - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4573.6, Bringing Drugs to Jail. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years prison with all but 500 days on Mandatory Supervision. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy McIntyre.

 

PEOPLE V. JASON LUM - Defendant was previously convicted of felony violation of Penal Code section 594(a), Vandalism and misdemeanor Vehicle Code section 2800.1, Evasion and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 8 months prison consecutive to his 2 year Tehama County prison sentenced. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Van Eck.

 

PEOPLE V. VIVIAN CRUZ - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 243.1, Battery on a Correctional Deputy and found in violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 364 days jail and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Sheldon, Ramos, and Lourenzo.

 

PEOPLE V. JAYNA YOUNG - Defendant was convicted of two felony violations of 476a(b), Uttering Insufficient Funds Checks, and 2 misdemeanor convictions of the same. Defendant was sentenced to 300 days jail to be served in a rehabilitation, ordered to pay $4,289.72 restitution back to Glenn County businesses, and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Alves and Ramirez, and Orland Police Department Sergeant Cessna.

 

PEOPLE V. JESUS APOLINAR NAZARIO- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days jail, 52 week Batterer's Treatment Program classes, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ramirez.

 

PEOPLE V. MARTY YRACHETA -Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 1320(b), Failure to Appear While on Own Recognizance and 470(d), Forgery. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail, Drug Court, and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detective Barnes.

 

PEOPLE V. STEVEN BUTLER - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code sections 245(a)(1) and misdemeanor 273.6, Violation of a Restraining Order and was found in violation for the 6th time. Defendant was sentenced to 163 days jail plus rehabilitation and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Van Eck.

 

PEOPLE V. JAMES WOLFSGRUBER - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11379(a), Sale of a Controlled Substance and misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(f), Driving Under the Influence of Drugs with 2 Prior DUIS. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from CHP Willows Officer Ovard and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Tuma.

 

PEOPLE V. GABRIEL LOPEZ BAEZA- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violations of Penal Code sections 29800(a)(1), Felon in Possession of Firearm, 530.5(a), Identify Theft, and 4573.8, Bringing Drugs to Jail and was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with Glenn County Probation Officer Perry.

 

PEOPLE V. MICHAEL WILCOX- Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine, 11350(a), Possession of Heroin, and Vehicle Code section 12500(a), Driving Without a Driver's License. Defendant was sentenced to 6 months jail concurrent to Butte County 3 years 8 months prison sentence. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Martindale.
