NOTICE OF POLLING PLACES AND CENTRAL BALLOT COUNTING LOCATION
In accordance with the provisions of Sections 12105 of the California Elections Code, the following polling locations have been designated. The polling places will be open from 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M, on Tuesday, March 3, 2020.

On February 18, 2020, the opening and processing of absentee ballots will commence. Notice is further given, pursuant to Section 12109 of the Elections Code, that the official ballot returns will be centrally counted in the Elections Office, 516 W. Sycamore Street, 2nd Floor, Willows, after 8:00 P.M. on the heretofore mentioned election date. This process will continue until all election results are tabulated and the election is certified.
