Candidate Filing Period Opens July 13th for School Boards and Special Districts.
School Boards and Special Districts are scheduled to hold Governing Board Elections on November 3, 2020. The filing period opens Monday, July 13 and closes on Friday, August 7, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. The deadline extends to August 12 if an incumbent officeholder does not file. Candidacy papers will be available at the Glenn County Elections website at https://www.countyofglenn.net/dept/elections/candidate-filing or by calling our office at
(530) 934-6414. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, candidate forms must be filed by appointment only at 516 W. Sycamore Street, Second Floor in Willows.
