AS HEARD IN COURT APRIL 21, 2023

PEOPLE V. TYLER JAMES LOPEZ – Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 220(a)(1), Sexual Assault in Concert with Special Allegation 12022.53, Use of a Firearm, 245(a)(3), Assault with a Deadly Weapon Machinegun. Defendant was sentenced to 28 years state prison. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Johnsen and Detective Lopeteguy. The Co-Defendant on this case was Anna Brown, who was sentenced to 2 life sentences plus 12 years in state prison last month.

PEOPLE V. MICHAEL ANTHONY ROGERS – Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4463(a)(1), Fraudulently Alter Registration Sticker and 1320(b), Failure to Appear while on Own Recognizance. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years prison. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Retired Officer Carmon.

PEOPLE V. WILLIEB JENNIFER WOODS - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 422(a), Criminal Threats. Defendant was sentenced to 676 days jail and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from former Orland Police Department Officer Fullmore.

PEOPLE V. DANNY ALAN CLAGGETT - Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 530.5(a), Identity Theft and two separate counts of 1320.5, Failure to Appear while on Bail. Defendant was sentenced to 16 months consecutive to his 4 year 4 month Tehama County prison sentence with and additional concurrent 2 years and $1,996 in restitution. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from United States Postal Inspector Martin.

PEOPLE V. JARED IAN REUSSER - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(b)/23550(a), Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with 3 Prior Convictions and was found in violation of DUI probation. Defendant was sentenced to 1 year 223 days, drug court, $4, 686.96 restitution, misdemeanor DUI probation was terminated, and 3 years probation for the new case. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from CHP - Willows Officer Gilliam and DA Investigator Chief Dicharry.

PEOPLE V. ARTEMIO LEON ROSALES - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 23153(b), Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol Causing Injury. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 3 year probation with restitution reserved. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from CHP Willows Officer Cushman.

PEOPLE V. NOAH COATS - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury to a Cohabitant and was found in violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail, 52 week batterer's treatment classes, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Chavez.

PEOPLE V. TYLER DEANDRE WOODS - Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of 646.9(a), Stalking and 288.2(a)(2), Exhibit Lewd Material to a Minor and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Moize.

PEOPLE V. HERMELINDO SALGADO – Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459, Second Degree Burglary and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 30 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Gray.
