REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - GLENN TRANSIT SERVICE TRANSIT OPERATIONS & MANAGEMENT
Glenn Transit Service (GTS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide transit service operations and management for the regional transit system in the Glenn County region. The GTS system includes Glenn Ride, Dial-A-Ride, and the Volunteer Medical Transportation program.
PLEASE NOTE AN ADDENDUM HAS BEEN RELEASED REMOVING THE REQUIREMENT FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION SUBMISSIONS: Glenn Transit Service Transit Operator Addendum #1 11/6/23
Proposals will be received no later than 3:00 P.M. December 1, 2023 at 225 N. Tehama Street, Willows, CA. 95988.
The full, detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) and related bid documents are available on our website, and for public review at the location noted above.
A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Wednesday, October 25th, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at the location noted above. Remote attendance via teleconference is available upon request.
All inquiries relating to this request are expected to be submitted by November 3, 2023, whereby responses will be provided directly and made publicly available on our website by November 7, 2023.
