BHCIP RFP 2024-01 Q&A

 

The Glenn County Health and Human Services Agency is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to assist the Department of Behavioral Health (BH) in managing design and construction of a Behavioral Health Facility for Children and Youth, called the Orland Youth and Family Wellness Center funded by the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP) Round 4. A more detailed description of the tasks required are defined in the Request for Proposal (RFP).

Sealed proposals are due to HHSA no later than 12:00 PM, Tuesday, February 20, 2024. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
