The Glenn County Transportation Commission (GCTC) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for preparation of its Fiscal Years 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 fiscal audits, as well as its Triennial Performance Audit for the Fiscal Year ending in 2025, for the delegated 13 public funds under its jurisdiction. The audits shall be made in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and shall include all procedures necessary for the retention of an opinion regarding the fairness of the presentation of financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The initial agreement may be extended for an additional three years to cover fiscal years 2025-2026, 2026-2027 and 2027-2028.
