The Glenn County Community Action Department (CAD) is accepting proposals from qualified providers for high quality, cost-effective weatherization services, in order to best serve its clients in Glenn, Trinity, and Colusa Counties. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit and award a multi-year contract to a service provider for Weatherization Services (Services). A more detailed description of the tasks required are defined in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
Sealed proposals must be received by the CAD no later than 3:00 P.M., May 24, 2024. Proposals received after the 3:00 P.M. deadline shall not be considered.
