The Behavioral Health Division of the Glenn County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) is seeking high quality, cost-effective services that will benefit the Agency's clients. This Request For Proposal is the means for prospective service providers to submit their qualifications and request selection as a service provider.

Scope of Services includes, but is not limited to:

  • Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) planning, training, and analysis;
  • Quality Improvement planning, training, and development;
  • Cultural Competence planning and training;
  • Medicaid and Medi-Cal Compliance planning, training, and development;
  • Grant writing for Behavioral Health programs;
  • Data analysis to develop outcome and performance measures.

Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 P.M. on May 10, 2017.  Use of U.S. mail will be at the proposer’s risk.  Proposals received after this date and time will not be considered. Proposals must be signed by a duly authorized officer of the bidding organization, delivered along with all required documents and plainly marked as follows:
