Vendor Application Form

Within that vendor application are several dozen selections for the types of services or supplies you wish us to consider your company for. Please complete and return both forms to be considered for our service and project contracting pool.
Our projects bid requests for proposal are listed on the Project & Service Bids page of this site.
Additionally, we post projects on the online construction project advertisement site http://www.ebidboard.com/.

Only complete applications including a photo of the device to be replaced, a signed owner/tenant Agreement (if applicable) and low-income documentation (if applicable) will be processed. I encourage you to complete and return both forms at your earliest convenience.

Please also note there are TWO different vendor applications. One for all interested vendors and one specifically for Public Works Projects.
