Communicable Disease: Investigate communicable reports and provides treatment, referrals and contact investigations. This includes sexually transmitted diseases, enteric disease, tuberculosis and a variety of other diseases, including anthrax and smallpox.
Provide outreach and education in all disease-related areas to groups and individuals. We also provide case management in conjunction with environmental health to all potential rabies-exposed individuals.
