On June 16, 2020, the Glenn County Board of Supervisors approved the Industrial Hemp ordinance as presented. The ordinance allows for the commercial cultivation of industrial hemp in Glenn County. Applications can be submitted to the Glenn County Department of Agriculture for review on or after July 1, 2020; planting shall begin no sooner than July 15, 2020.
