Glenn County Public Health will be hosting three community flu vaccine clinics and two senior flu clinics. These clinics will provide FREE influenza vaccine to all persons 6 months of age and older.

The Glenn County Air Pollution Control District and the Glenn County Public Health Department are issuing this Air Pollution Advisory to notify the public of potential poor air quality conditions in Glenn County due to smoke from multiple fires in surrounding counties. Regional air quality is forecast to potentially reach unhealthy levels. Smoke impacts are expected to vary during the course of the next several days depending on wind direction and the intensity of the fire activity.
The CoC (Continuum of Care) Collaborative Application NOFA Request for Funds (RFF) can be submitted by active Dos Rios CoC members. Funds can be used for HMIS (Homeless Management Information System) or CES (Coordinated Entry System). Please send any questions by Wednesday, August 28, 2019 to dhuguenard@countyofglenn.net. Completed applications are due by Friday, August 30, 2019 at 5pm to dhuguenard@countyofglenn.net. Any documents received after the deadline will not be considered.
