Due to Senate Bill #29, which extends the Governors Executive Order #N-64-20 to all elections conducted prior to January 1, 2022, all voters will receive a Vote By Mail ballot for the September 14, 2021 Statewide Gubernatorial Recall Election. Voters may return their ballots by mail, in a secure drop box, or to a Polling Place on election day. In addition, the elections office will be open for early voting, issuing replacement ballots, and additional services.

PEOPLE V. MANUEL WILLIAM MORA - Defendant was convicted felony violations of Penal Code sections 261.5, Statutory Rape of a Minor, 246.3, Negligent Discharge of a Firearm, and 1320.5, Failure to Appear in Court on a Felony Case. Defendant was sentenced to 4 years 4 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Sgt. Johnson.
